Senior Manager of Implementation

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Implementation Managers
• Set performance expectations and KPIs, conduct 1:1s and performance reviews
• Own and improve the end-to-end implementation playbook
• Build scalable processes, templates, and tooling
• Define and track team-level KPIs like trial conversion and customer satisfaction
• Serve as an escalation point for complex customer situations
• Partner with Sales, Technical Support, and Product teams
• Deliver regular reporting on team performance and conversion metrics to leadership

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Implementation and Onboarding
• 2+ years in a people management role
• Proven experience in a SaaS environment
• Demonstrated success building or scaling implementation or customer success teams
• Strong project management skills
• Data-driven mindset
• Familiarity with CRM and project management tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Jira, Asana)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in industrial tech, IoT, or condition monitoring
• Track record of improving trial-to-subscription conversion rates
• Experience managing remote or distributed teams
• Background in managing both technical and commercial aspects of product implementations
