Responsibilities

• Establish a scalable engagement operating system with documented processes, reporting, and accountability measures
• Improve engagement performance, utilization, and inbound case volume through data-driven strategy and outreach optimization
• Build, coach, and lead a high-performing RN outreach team
• Create visibility into engagement performance and translate insights into actionable recommendations
• Analyze engagement performance, utilization trends, and account demographics
• Develop and optimize engagement strategies to improve member participation
• Create and document workflows, processes, and reporting structures
• Manage, coach, and develop the RN targeted outreach team
• Collaborate with Marketing, Account Management, and Clinical stakeholders

Requirements

• Experience leading teams in digital health, healthcare navigation, advocacy, or member engagement
• Experience analyzing engagement performance, utilization trends, and outreach data
• Proven success leading and coaching outreach or healthcare-facing teams
• Experience creating structure and standardizing workflows
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder influence skills
