Job description

Responsibilities

  • Champion a high performing, inclusive culture aligned with organizational values and strategy
  • Ensure alignment between performance, recognition, and career development
  • Support organizational changes and business transformation initiatives
  • Partner with business leaders on workforce strategies and proactive workforce planning
  • Advise leaders on organizational design to ensure alignment with strategic priorities
  • Collaborate with talent acquisition to support hiring strategies
  • Partner with total rewards to support compensation planning and recognition
  • Address employee relations issues with a balanced, business-focused approach
  • Coach people leaders on performance management and talent management
  • Provide guidance on employee matters, leave of absence, and policy interpretation
  • Deliver Human Resources projects, programs, and strategies

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 7+ years of human resource experience
  • 5+ years of HR business partner experience
  • Knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
  • Proficiency with HRIS and talent management systems
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources
  • PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification
