Senior Manager, Performance Marketing

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the overall growth strategy for FACES across digital and omnichannel touchpoints
• Own commercial growth targets including traffic, conversion, and customer lifetime value
• Lead performance marketing and demand generation activities
• Partner with marketing, merchandising, retail, and e-commerce teams to optimize customer journeys
• Identify growth opportunities through data analysis and customer insights
• Establish a robust experimentation framework
• Manage budgets, agency relationships, and external partners
• Build and lead a high-performing growth team

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field
• 10+ years of relevant experience in growth, digital commerce, or performance marketing
• Proven experience in multi-brand e-commerce environments
• Proven track record in retail, beauty, or fashion sectors
• Strong knowledge of customer acquisition, lifecycle marketing, and funnel optimization
• Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
