Senior Manager Physician Partnership

Responsibilities

• Identify, cultivate, and maintain professional relationships with electrophysiologists (EPs), medical associations, and key industry influencers
• Define and implement engagement activities such as advisory boards and voice of customer events
• Provide strategic insight to leadership regarding emerging clinical and market trends
• Collaborate with internal marketing, clinical affairs, medical affairs, regulatory, and R&D teams
• Co-develop action plans and objectives with local and regional leadership
• Track progress of physician-related projects and ensure execution of action points
• Capture and synthesize KOL/customer insights to inform business strategy
• Maintain physician engagement tracking software including Physician Engagement Dashboard (PED) and SF.com
• Assist in the development of EP conference planning to ensure strong brand presence

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required; Masters or MBA preferred
• Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in Med Tech, Cardiovascular, or Electrophysiology
• Experience in EP Clinical, Sales, Key Account Management, or Clinical Science
• Experience working with high-profile EPs/KOLs in sophisticated EP accounts
• Strong project management and stakeholder management capabilities
• Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills
• Ability to travel up to 50%
