Senior Manager, Pricing and Analytics

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee methodologies and modeling for auto loan pricing and front-end account origination analysis
• Develop novel loan pricing strategies based on acquisition economics, cost drivers, and risk abatement
• Apply analytical techniques to maximize loan acquisition while mitigating credit risk
• Partner with FP&A, Treasury, and Risk teams to develop accurate pricing and loan structuring models
• Leverage AI for data collection, mining, analysis, and presentation
• Mentor and develop team members and lead presentations to senior leadership

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, or related quantitative field
• Minimum 6 years of experience in quantitative roles within Consumer Finance or FinTech
• Experience in indirect auto lending strongly preferred
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, Tableau, and business intelligence tools
• Mastery of Excel and/or Google Sheets for financial modeling
• Strong understanding of AI techniques and applications in financial lending
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
