- Lead design for the Product Platform, focusing on shared capabilities across CaptivateIQ
- Manage a team of product designers while contributing personally to high-leverage problems
- Ensure platform capabilities feel like one coherent, trustworthy system
- Partner with Product and Engineering leadership on platform strategy and evolution
- Drive design decisions across organizational boundaries
