Responsibilities

• Lead and champion innovation pipelines across multiple biotics categories
• Own the end-to-end commercialization journey from concept to GTM execution
• Build data-driven business cases, strategic pricing, and forecast modeling
• Partner with Innovation and R&D to translate science into compelling storytelling
• Craft product positioning, claims, and messaging aligned with brand ethos
• Analyze market and competitive dynamics to uncover growth opportunities

Requirements

• 8+ years of B2C product marketing and brand management experience
• Experience in VMS, nutraceuticals, or specialty ingredients
• Proven track record in retail execution
• Ability to translate intricate scientific concepts into marketing messages
• Proficiency in managing budgets, pricing, and performance analytics

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with probiotics
• Experience with international expansion
