Senior Manager, Product Strategy and Planning

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research, trend analysis, and competitor benchmarking for key products
• Support go-to-market strategies and ensure clearly defined business and investment plans are in place
• Assess innovative business models to enhance value for new product offerings
• Lead and develop strategies to compete with alternatives both regionally and globally
• Work with global and regional product teams on use case selection and opportunity assessment
• Prepare business cases, financial models, and value propositions for strategic initiatives
• Coordinate budgeting for CEMEA Products to ensure optimal resource investment
• Develop content for client events, including product narratives and business updates
• Provide content briefing for executive market visits

Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's degree
• Significant exposure to Management Consulting and strategy work
• Experience in the financial services or payments industry
• Expert level Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA in a business-relevant discipline
• Experience in a global or multi-national business environment
• Ability to operate effectively in a complex, fast-paced, and ambiguous environment
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders in a matrix organization
