Senior Manager, Regional Marketing (CIS) - Russian Speaker

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute targeted regional marketing strategies for Russia and the CIS aligned with global brand and product objectives.
• Drive commercial outcomes by designing campaigns and initiatives that deliver lead generation, conversion and revenue growth.
• Partner with Product, Design and Marketing Ops to optimise the client onboarding funnel and improve conversion metrics using data and user insights.
• Lead cross-functional go-to-market coordination with Sales, Product, Payments, Compliance and Partnerships to ensure efficient execution.
• Serve as the internal advocate for the Russia & CIS region: share market insights, campaign performance and recommendations with leadership and internal teams.

Requirements

• Proven regional marketing experience (Russia/CIS)

• Fluent Russian and English

Preferred Qualifications

• BA degree or equivalent professional experience
