Senior Manager, Revenue Cycle Management - Home Infusion

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue cycle strategy and financial performance for home infusion services
• Advise health system executives and internal leadership on reimbursement performance and risks
• Lead transformation initiatives including workflow redesign, automation, analytics, and system optimization
• Manage core RCM functions: billing, follow-up, denial management, collections, cash posting, and AR resolution
• Oversee pharmacy and medical benefit reimbursement workflows for infusion drugs, nursing, and supplies
• Monitor KPIs including DSO, aging, clean claim rate, first-pass yield, denial rate, and cash collections
• Develop payor-specific strategies for commercial, Medicare, Medicaid, and managed care
• Partner with intake and clinical teams on prior authorization, coverage verification, and financial clearance
• Review AR trends and develop action plans to accelerate collections and reduce denials
• Supervise, coach, and develop RCM staff and establish productivity standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
• 5+ years progressive RCM experience in home infusion or related healthcare
• 2+ years leadership experience preferred
• Executive presence with C-suite and health system leaders
• Strong financial acumen and data-driven decision-making
• Deep expertise in home infusion reimbursement (pharmacy and medical benefits)
• Multi-payor experience: commercial, Medicare, Medicaid, managed care
• Proven AR improvement, denial resolution, and cash collection results
• Prior authorization, claim adjudication, and payor appeals knowledge
• Infusion billing platforms, pharmacy systems, and analytics tools experience
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a multi-state home infusion platform
• Knowledge of infusion therapy reimbursement by therapy class and payor type
• Experience partnering with finance on forecasting, close, and revenue analytics
• Background in process improvement, workflow redesign, or automation initiatives
• Familiarity with compliance requirements relevant to home infusion reimbursement and documentation
