Senior Manager, Revenue Operations Analytics

Responsibilities

• Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing analytics team
• Model and embed AI-augmented workflows across the RevOps function
• Serve as the primary analytical thought partner to Sales, CS, Marketing, and Finance leadership
• Translate revenue strategy into measurable frameworks and KPIs
• Own end-to-end revenue reporting infrastructure in Hex, Looker, and Salesforce
• Lead forecasting analytics and pipeline predictability modeling
• Analyze funnel conversion, deal velocity, retention, and NRR trends
• Establish and enforce data governance standards across the RevOps tech stack
• Partner with Systems and BI/Data Engineering teams to ensure data integrity

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Intelligence
• 3+ years of people management experience leading analytics or operations teams
• Expert-level proficiency in Salesforce reporting and at least one BI platform (Hex preferred)
• Proven track record in commission modeling, forecasting, and pipeline analytics
• Strong SQL skills and experience with data-driven decision making
• Exceptional ability to translate complex data into decision-ready narratives
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in POS SaaS, retail tech, or fintech
• Experience designing data governance frameworks in scaling organizations
• Background in RevOps structured around the full customer lifecycle
• Experience using AI/LLM tools for analytical workflows
