About the Company

Wunderkind is a performance marketing solution that uses AI and data to help brands acquire and retain customers through one-to-one, personalized messages across websites, email, text, and ads, guaranteeing a lift in revenue.

Responsibilities

  • Convert complex product briefs and technical documentation into digestible, high-impact enablement programs and assets for Sales and CS
  • Serve as the strategic connective tissue between Product, Solution Consulting, Strategy Consulting, and Product Marketing
  • Design learning paths, certification programs, and interactive workshops using L&D methodologies
  • Leverage AI tooling (LLMs, agentic solutions, and automation) to build content and scale enablement
  • Partner with Solution Consultants to distill advanced technical features into clear, value-oriented customer use cases

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in GTM Enablement, Product Marketing, Technical Enablement, or L&D
  • Deep understanding of SaaS environments and product release cycles
  • Proven ability to translate technical product details into commercial value propositions
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools and LLM workflows for content automation
  • Strong grasp of instructional design and adult learning principles

Preferred Qualifications

  • Understanding of Marketing Leader priorities, KPIs, and pain points
