Senior Manager, Tax Technology Consulting

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, technology-enabled implementation and innovation initiatives supporting service lines and proprietary platforms
• Manage large-scale client and internal projects from scope definition through delivery
• Translate business and technical requirements into scalable solutions to drive operational efficiency
• Mentor and develop professionals while managing resource allocation and workload distribution
• Oversee functional and technical direction of projects including requirements analysis, process design, and system integration
• Coordinate execution of digital transformation initiatives including RPA and Intelligent Document Processing

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
• 7-10 years of experience leading enterprise software implementations or tax technology projects
• Demonstrated success managing complex, multi-workstream engagements in a client-facing environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Strong project and program management capabilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ERP systems or large-scale business platforms
• Knowledge of tax, accounting, or regulatory environments
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Lean, or other structured project methodologies
• Experience with data analysis, reporting, or data transformation initiatives
• Professional certifications such as PMP, CPA, or Lean/Six Sigma
