Job description

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Sales and Customer Success to identify, scope, and win new engagements and shape RFPs
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to hospital VPs of Revenue Cycle, CFOs, and senior leadership
  • Pull and analyze price transparency, contracts, and claims data using SQL to deliver executive-ready narratives

Requirements

  • 8+ years in RCM-focused management consulting, digital health, or provider-side revenue cycle strategy
  • Deep command of the end-to-end revenue cycle including coding, billing, and payer contracting
  • Technical fluency in SQL for direct data manipulation and analysis

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or MPH degree
  • HFMA designations (CRCR or CHFP)
  • AAPC coding certifications (CPC, CIC, or COC)
