Senior Marketing Designer

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and evolution of Circle's marketing website
• Design new marketing site pages, landing pages, and high-visibility digital experiences
• Own the marketing site user experience to drive conversions and maintain brand integrity
• Create responsive, high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes in Figma
• Collaborate with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation
• Audit and improve existing marketing pages using data and design best practices
• Research emerging AI tools to enhance the marketing design process

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience designing websites or landing pages for marketing purposes
• Advanced proficiency in Figma
• Strong visual design skills in typography, color theory, and layout composition
• Experience in SaaS or digital product companies
• Understanding of conversion-centered design, responsive design, and accessibility
• Proficiency in English (CEFR Level C2 / ILR Level 5)
• A portfolio showcasing successful marketing website design and user engagement
