About the Company

Tonic.ai is The Fake Data Company. We help development teams generate high-fidelity synthetic data so they can build and test faster — without touching production data. Our products serve a range of use cases: from generating realistic synthetic datasets from scratch to de-identifying structured and unstructured databases for testing and AI workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Own paid acquisition across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Display, Retargeting, and YouTube
  • Manage email marketing acquisition sequences and coordinate messaging with SDRs
  • Execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns and direct mail for high-intent segments
  • Run continuous experimentation across creative, audience, and channel combinations
  • Optimize landing pages and paid traffic destinations for signup conversion
  • Document experiment results to inform scaling decisions

Requirements

  • 4–7 years in demand generation, growth marketing, or acquisition-focused roles
  • AI-native workflow using AI tools for automation and creative generation
  • Direct experience with acquisition for PLG or freemium motions
  • Hands-on experience managing Google Ads and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
  • Experience running email marketing programs including copy and sequencing
  • Proven ABM experience including account selection and multi-threading
  • Experience in a B2B SaaS startup environment
  • Strong copywriting skills for ads and email

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Clay, Apollo, or similar enrichment/sequencing tools
