Job description

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the dedicated marketing lead for the Agency Line of Business, aligning marketing activity with business priorities and revenue goals
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing plans across awareness, consideration, and conversion stages
  • Scope, plan, and launch demand generation campaigns and manage paid media budgets
  • Own email marketing execution, including segmentation, scheduling, and lead nurturing workflows
  • Develop messaging and positioning for products and solutions, creating high-engagement content like one-pagers and social content
  • Partner with sales and BD teams to develop enablement assets such as pitch decks, battlecards, and case studies
  • Support the planning and execution of marketing events and industry conferences
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Revenue Operations, Sales, and Account Management

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience with full-lifecycle program ownership
  • Experience marketing to or within the agency ecosystem (strongly preferred)
  • Proven track record with marketing automation platforms like Salesforce/Pardot, HubSpot, or Marketo
  • Strong product and solutions marketing instincts
  • Hands-on sales enablement experience
  • Experience supporting or managing B2B event marketing
  • Ability to operate independently and execute quickly in a fast-moving environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
