Job Description

As Senior Marketing Manager - Groceries & Retail based in Dubai, you will lead marketing strategy and execution for grocery and retail verticals, driving campaigns, product launches and data-driven insights to grow customer acquisition, retention and partner engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain an annual campaign calendar aligned to business objectives, seasonality and market trends.
  • Lead cross-functional campaign strategy with commercial, product and creative teams to ensure alignment with regional and central plans.
  • Identify audience segments and tailor campaign messaging to maximise engagement and conversion.
  • Design, launch and iterate test-and-learn campaigns to validate hypotheses and optimise ROI.
  • Build reporting dashboards and tools to track overview metrics: orders, new customers, penetration and retention.
  • Oversee marketing activity for Deliveroo HOP alongside the HOP team and ensure participation in Deliveroo calendar campaigns.
  • Act as liaison between central and local teams for product launches, developments and local opportunities.
  • Develop best-practice playbooks based on experiments, promotions and activations across markets.
  • Monitor post-launch product performance and recommend adjustments to marketing strategy.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing grocery or retail marketing portfolios within fast-moving consumer or on-demand platforms.
  • Proven track record of running large calendar campaigns and cross-channel activations.
  • Strong proficiency with analytics and dashboarding tools (marketing analytics, attribution and BI).
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence central stakeholders.
