Founded in 2015, PHIL is a Series D health-tech startup building a platform that interfaces between doctors, pharmacies, and patients to streamline prescription management and delivery. Their B2B2C platform connects patients, prescribers, pharmacies, and manufacturers to enable affordable and timely access to medicine.

Responsibilities

• Independently own the product marketing and sales enablement function from end-to-end, driving strategy, execution, and optimization
• Shape content marketing strategy including product launch planning, website copy, videos, case studies, and thought leadership
• Translate complex industry trends and competitive intelligence into clear differentiation and messaging improvements
• Manage multiple senior-level initiatives in parallel, managing stakeholders and delivering high-quality work
• Define and measure success for the function, including the use of AI to scale output

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in B2B marketing
• 2+ years of experience in a startup or high-autonomy environment
• Proven ownership of end-to-end marketing strategy, product marketing, and content development
• Experience driving complex projects independently from strategy through reporting
• Ability to connect marketing work to broader company and team goals
• AI-first approach to work, leveraging AI to increase efficiency

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry or healthcare technology sector
• Experience working in highly regulated industries
