Job description
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary HubSpot admin, owning architecture, workflows, lifecycle stages, and reporting
- Manage and optimize integrations across the stack including SalesLoft, 6sense, ZoomInfo, and CRM
- Own the end-to-end lead lifecycle, including capture, enrichment, scoring, and routing
- Monitor platform health and establish alerting frameworks to resolve system issues
- Lead AI adoption by evaluating and piloting AI features within the existing martech stack
- Build dashboards and reporting to provide actionable insights on marketing's impact on revenue
- Run growth experiments such as A/B tests on nurture sequences and landing pages
Requirements
- 7–10+ years of B2B marketing operations experience, ideally in cybersecurity or SaaS
- Deep HubSpot admin expertise including complex workflows and API integrations
- Proven experience with Sales Engagement platforms like SalesLoft or Outreach
- Hands-on experience with ABM and intent platforms, specifically 6sense
- Experience with data enrichment tools such as ZoomInfo
- Strong analytical foundation and ability to build dashboards independently
- Understanding of data privacy and compliance regulations like GDPR and CAN-SPAM
Preferred Qualifications
- HubSpot certifications
- Experience with SugarCRM or Salesforce
- Experience building or managing AI-driven systems or agent-based workflows
- Experience with webinar platforms like Sequel.io or ON24
