Job description

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary HubSpot admin, owning architecture, workflows, lifecycle stages, and reporting
  • Manage and optimize integrations across the stack including SalesLoft, 6sense, ZoomInfo, and CRM
  • Own the end-to-end lead lifecycle, including capture, enrichment, scoring, and routing
  • Monitor platform health and establish alerting frameworks to resolve system issues
  • Lead AI adoption by evaluating and piloting AI features within the existing martech stack
  • Build dashboards and reporting to provide actionable insights on marketing's impact on revenue
  • Run growth experiments such as A/B tests on nurture sequences and landing pages

Requirements

  • 7–10+ years of B2B marketing operations experience, ideally in cybersecurity or SaaS
  • Deep HubSpot admin expertise including complex workflows and API integrations
  • Proven experience with Sales Engagement platforms like SalesLoft or Outreach
  • Hands-on experience with ABM and intent platforms, specifically 6sense
  • Experience with data enrichment tools such as ZoomInfo
  • Strong analytical foundation and ability to build dashboards independently
  • Understanding of data privacy and compliance regulations like GDPR and CAN-SPAM

Preferred Qualifications

  • HubSpot certifications
  • Experience with SugarCRM or Salesforce
  • Experience building or managing AI-driven systems or agent-based workflows
  • Experience with webinar platforms like Sequel.io or ON24
