Senior Marketing & Social Media Virtual Assistant

Responsibilities

• Manage social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, and TikTok
• Develop and maintain a rolling 30-day content calendar
• Design graphics and marketing assets using Canva
• Create and edit short-form videos, reels, and promotional content
• Assist with podcast editing and publishing
• Conduct market research on competitors and industry trends
• Monitor social media performance and engagement
• Update educational content within the company's mobile application platform

Requirements

• Experience managing business social media accounts
• Proficiency in Canva or similar graphic design software
• Experience with video editing software (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar)
• Experience with social media scheduling and management tools
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple channels

Preferred Qualifications

• Healthcare or wellness marketing experience
• Experience with podcast editing software
• Experience with YouTube Studio and Google Workspace
