Senior Medical Advisor Neuroscience

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with scientific experts and Thought Leaders in Neuroscience
• Present medical information to HCPs ensuring accuracy and compliance with ethical guidelines
• Profile the medical landscape to update knowledge on products and patient treatment trends
• Deliver scientifically meaningful medical programs such as Advisory Boards and Satellite Symposia
• Lead cross-functional collaboration within matrix teams to align medical strategies
• Provide medical insights to the Head Office and local commercial organization to shape strategy
• Discuss and deliver Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR) evidence-based information
• Implement a culture of compliance and adhere to all internal and external regulations

Requirements

• Advanced scientific degree (PharmD, PhD, or MD)
• 5+ years of experience in a medical or scientific role
• Expert knowledge of Neuroscience
• Expert experience in the Neuroscience healthcare environment in the Gulf countries
• Ability to communicate clinical data effectively to HCPs
• Proficiency in developing and managing HCP relationships
• Experience developing field medical plans
• Fluent in Arabic and English

• High level of scientific acumen and ability to interpret clinical data
• Strong business acumen
• Experience in reviewing medical content for promotional and non-promotional materials
• Strong communication and presentation skills
