Senior Member Engagement Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead new lifecycle experiences for emerging health journeys by partnering with Marketing Operations, Content, Data, and Product
• Maintain and optimize lifecycle engagement programs including strategy, audience segmentation, and performance analysis
• Drive member engagement and retention through data-driven analysis and hypothesis testing
• Partner with the broader Growth & Engagement team on lifecycle strategy and AI-assisted workflow development
• Serve as the lifecycle partner for product GTM releases, integrating new features into existing programs

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 7-10 years of professional experience in lifecycle, engagement, or marketing roles
• Experience owning B2C lifecycle programs end-to-end (strategy, journey design, technical build, and optimization)
• Understanding of personalization strategies such as dynamic content, conditional logic, or Liquid
• Strong analytical skills with ability to measure results using statistical judgment
• Experience with CRM or email marketing platforms (e.g., Blueshift, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Campaign.io)
• Familiarity with AI tools in a marketing context

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience executing email campaigns and journey flows in CRM platforms
• Experience supporting product or feature GTM launches
• Experience managing translated marketing content across multiple languages and regions
