Senior Microsoft Dynamics Developer

Responsibilities

• Lead grooming sessions with business users to design optimal solutions and provide accurate estimations
• Execute end-to-end MS Dynamics 365 CE implementations including customizations, plugins, workflows, and Power Automate
• Develop across Sales, Customer Service, Customer Voice, and Power Pages modules
• Manage integrations using Web API, REST/ODATA, and SOAP endpoints with proper version control
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain the CRM platform for zero-friction operations
• Conduct stakeholder demos and collaborate with architecture teams in a Scrum framework
• Mentor junior developers on standards and best practices

Requirements

• 8+ years of MS Dynamics CRM 365 experience with cloud configuration and development
• Strong hands-on experience with C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, and Web APIs
• Proficiency with Power Automate Cloud Flows and Azure Synapse Link/Data Flows
• Deep knowledge of Dynamics 365 modules: Customer Service Hub, Marketing, Customer Voice, Sales, and Power Apps
• Experience with banking industry preferred
• Bachelor's degree required
• Agile/Scrum methodology experience with Confluence and Jira
