Senior Mission Manager

Responsibilities

• Serve as a lead Mission Manager for a Cyber Domain Delivery Effort
• Collaborate with Cyber Leads to establish technical roadmaps for Mission Outcomes
• Align product roadmaps to technical roadmaps and provide feedback on feature mission need dates
• Facilitate feedback from the Delivery segment to the Product segment regarding OSS projects and services
• Work with Tech Leads to establish aligned Delivery roadmaps using Product roadmaps
• Balance priorities from users, customers, stakeholders, and the team to deliver scalable mission value
• Assist with Mission Hero engagements for contract processes to start, continue, or scale work
• Foster an environment for growth, mentorship, coaching, and company values

Requirements

• US Citizenship and ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance
• Proficiency in translating pain points to root cause problems and building technical roadmaps
• Proficiency in modern software development processes including DevSecOps, Continuous Delivery, and User-Centered Design
• Experience managing cross-functional engineering teams
• Skilled in expectation management across different personas
• Experience or passion for software delivery within the tech industry or Department of Defense
• Technical depth to understand and communicate architectural decisions to stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance
• Located in the San Antonio, TX area
• Expertise in Value Stream Architecture and varying Agile frameworks
• Experience in military cybersecurity operations (offensive or defensive)
• Experience dealing with Program Management Offices, DoD acquisitions, and government finances
