Senior Mission Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead engagements with program offices (PEOs, PMWs, PMOs) to identify mission problems
• Translate program needs into technical narratives for software and agent-based capabilities
• Scope and shape program-based pilots, defining objectives and success criteria
• Pitch technology to build trust with program managers and technical authorities
• Navigate programmatic realities including budgeting, contracting, and stakeholder coordination
• Partner with product managers and engineers to ensure mission context is reflected in technical scope
• Convert successful pilots into sustained programs and follow-on funding

Requirements

• 15–20+ years of experience in government or defense missions
• Current Top Secret US DoD or IC clearance
• U.S. Persons status
• Deep expertise in a specific mission or technical domain (e.g., cyber, ISR, intelligence)
• Proven ability to pitch technical solutions to senior government stakeholders
• Experience navigating budgets, requirements, and authorities
• Technical fluency in modern software systems and agent-based approaches
