(Senior) Mobility & Transport Consultant

Responsibilities

• Drive business development activities in the UAE, KSA, and the wider MENA region, including lead generation and client engagement
• Lead and deliver end-to-end consultancy projects, ensuring high quality, client satisfaction, and commercial success
• Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and government officials
• Prepare and deliver professional proposals and presentations to senior management and ministers
• Proactively identify new business opportunities and market developments for the Mobility division
• Work within international teams to develop sustainable and innovative road and rail transport solutions

Requirements

• Advanced university degree in transport planning, engineering, economics, urban planning, or a related field
• 7–10 years of professional experience in international consulting, specifically focused on Mobility/Transport projects in the Middle East
• Proven track record in business development, project acquisition, and contract negotiation
• Expertise in sectors such as Public Transport, Traffic Management, ITS, or Rail
• Established client network and stakeholder experience in the UAE or KSA
• Fluent English; proficiency in Arabic is a strong advantage
• Willingness to travel within and outside the MENA region
• Strong leadership, communication, and commercial mindset
