Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Translate design briefs into high-impact 2D/3D motion assets for web, marketing campaigns, and product experiences
  • Develop storyboards, style frames, animatics, and motion prototypes aligned with brand direction
  • Produce animation-ready assets and oversee rendering, compositing, and delivery pipelines
  • Collaborate with designers, developers, and product/marketing teams to integrate motion into web and video experiences
  • Optimize animations for web performance (video, Lottie, lightweight 3D) and ensure cross-platform compatibility
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects, schedules, and external vendors while maintaining high creative quality
  • Define and document motion standards, workflows, and best practices for the creative and engineering teams

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience
  • Motion design
  • Animation principles
  • Storyboarding skills
  • Cinema 4D
  • Redshift or similar
  • Figma proficiency
  • 2D & 3D pipelines
  • Web asset optimization
  • Strong portfolio

Preferred Qualifications

  • Agency + in-house experience
  • Graphic design background
  • Lottie / JSON animations
  • WebGL / Three.js familiarity
  • Video editing / compositing
  • Leadership or mentorship
  • Experience working with cross-functional product teams

This role will be based in Dubai (hybrid) and work closely with global product and marketing teams.
