Senior Motion Designer

Responsibilities

• Create polished, high-impact motion graphics across typography, layout, and UI animation
• Develop reusable After Effects templates and animation guidelines for scalable production
• Lead the creation of animated HTML5 display ads and banner systems
• Design and animate UI interactions, product demonstrations, and explainer content
• Partner with Art Directors, editors, and strategists to execute concepts from storyboard to final delivery
• Mentor motion designers and provide technical guidance to elevate team craft
• Leverage AI-assisted tools to enhance workflow efficiency

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional motion design experience
• Advanced expertise in Adobe After Effects
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro
• Experience creating animated HTML5 display advertising and banner systems
• Experience developing motion templates and scalable design systems
• Strong understanding of typography, composition, and animation principles

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting enterprise technology, SaaS, or B2B brands
• 3D motion design experience with Cinema 4D or Blender
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience in high-volume, multi-campaign production environments
