Senior NetSuite Administrator

Responsibilities

• Oversee and support daily EIT operations related to core financial systems and help desk support
• Partner with Accounting to support monthly, quarterly, and yearly close and SOX compliance
• Design, test, and release integrations between NetSuite and other applications
• Participate in Agile development processes including sprint planning and story creation
• Support platform upgrades and new technology implementations
• Serve as the escalation point for IT issues and monitor performance metrics

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and minimum 2 years of related experience, or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of NetSuite Administrator experience
• Proficiency in NetSuite Inventory and Fixed Asset Modules
• Strong knowledge of Saved Searches, Reports, Workflows, and Suite Analytics
• Experience with end-to-end development lifecycle for ERP solutions
• Familiarity with ITCG, SOX Framework, and Change Management

Preferred Qualifications

• NetSuite Administrator Certification
• Experience with Coupa or Planful
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Azure Active Directory, and collaboration tools like Slack or Zoom
