Senior Network Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead SD-WAN design and architecture for enterprise clients to create scalable and resilient network solutions
• Design, implement, and manage SASE solutions using Cato Networks, Fortinet, Versa Networks, and Cisco Meraki platforms
• Deploy and manage Cato SASE Cloud Platform for secure global networking and Zero Trust Network Access
• Configure and optimize Fortinet Secure SD-WAN and SASE solutions, including FortiGate firewalls and FortiSASE
• Implement Zero Trust security models across SASE deployments
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to managed services engineers, sharing best practices and expertise
• Develop and maintain network automation scripts and procedures
• Serve as a technical escalation point and provide advanced engineering support
• Create detailed technical documentation, runbooks, and training materials
• Collaborate with POD teams to ensure 100% uptime SLA compliance

Requirements

• 7-10 years of enterprise network engineering experience, preferably in managed services (MSP) environments
• Expert-level knowledge of SASE and SD-WAN technologies (Cato, Fortinet, Versa, or Cisco Meraki)
• Deep understanding of SASE architecture including ZTNA, CASB, SWG, and FWaaS
• Proficiency in routing protocols such as BGP, OSPF, and EIGRP
• Experience with cloud networking across AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Automation skills using Python, Ansible, or similar tools
• Strong troubleshooting skills with packet capture and analysis tools
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to interface directly with clients

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant industry certifications such as CCNP, Fortinet NSE, Cisco Meraki, Versa, or Cato
• Experience with UCaaS platforms, particularly MetaSwitch
