Senior Network Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design and implement enterprise routing and switching solutions for campus, branch, and data center environments
• Develop scalable Layer 2 and Layer 3 network architectures
• Lead infrastructure refresh, migration, and modernization initiatives
• Deploy and support routing technologies including OSPF, EIGRP, and BGP
• Configure and troubleshoot switching technologies including VLANs, STP, and LACP
• Design and support modern data center solutions utilizing Cisco Nexus and VXLAN EVPN
• Deploy enterprise WAN solutions utilizing Aruba EdgeConnect, Cisco SD-WAN, and Meraki
• Integrate security technologies such as Palo Alto Networks, Fortinet, and Cisco Firepower
• Design and support enterprise wireless and hybrid cloud networking (AWS, Azure)
• Serve as a senior escalation point for complex networking incidents
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers

Requirements

• 8–15 years of enterprise network engineering experience
• Extensive expertise in enterprise routing and switching technologies
• Hands-on experience with Cisco Catalyst and Cisco Nexus platforms
• Experience supporting enterprise wireless networking solutions
• Proven success leading enterprise infrastructure deployments and migrations
• Strong customer-facing consulting and communication skills
• Must be based in the United States

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Aruba, Juniper, Meraki, Fortinet, and Palo Alto technologies
• Experience with SD-WAN solutions and VXLAN EVPN
• Experience with network automation using Python, Ansible, or REST APIs
• Cisco CCNP Enterprise (Strongly Preferred)
• Cisco CCIE, Aruba Certified Professional, or Palo Alto PCNSE
• AWS Advanced Networking or Azure Network Engineer Associate certifications
