Senior Network Technical Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive AI-powered gains and operational efficiencies across network engineering, OSS, and network operations
• Lead the planning and execution of complex network migration projects with minimal disruption
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones in collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to align on project goals and deliverables
• Manage risk assessment and mitigation strategies to ensure project continuity
• Provide regular status updates and presentations to senior leadership
• Develop and manage the roadmap for future AI-driven network initiatives
• Oversee the overall execution of the NetEng team
• Ensure adherence to industry standards and ethical AI integration

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Operation Management, or related field
• 10 years of experience in technical program management
• Experience focusing on hardware, network, or large-scale migration projects
• Proven track record of leading complex projects while maintaining high service SLAs
• Demonstrated project management skills including plan and timeline development
