Senior NLP Engineer

Responsibilities

• Conduct experiments with LLMs to explore the effectiveness of various architectures and techniques (SFT, RLHF, Adapters, etc.) for AI model enhancement.
• Develop and implement evaluation methodologies, maintaining robust frameworks to assess performance, accuracy, and user satisfaction of AI bots (including offline/online metrics).
• Optimize models for inference, improving speed and efficiency to meet production performance and scalability needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers, and product managers, to integrate AI solutions into the product pipeline.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Python, algorithms, and mathematics (linear algebra, probability, statistics).
• Deep understanding of ML and DL principles (supervised, unsupervised, reinforcement learning).
• Expertise in NLP and LLM (natural language processing, large language models).
• Familiarity with ML frameworks and tools: numpy, pandas, scipy, scikit-learn, pytorch, transformers.
• English level: B2+.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in distributed training workflows across multiple GPUs/nodes.
• Relevant publications in reputable ML/AI conferences or journals.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for deep learning model training.
