Senior NLP Engineer

Responsibilities

• Conduct experiments with LLMs (SFT, RLHF, Adapters) to improve model quality and conversational capabilities
• Develop and maintain evaluation frameworks for offline and online model performance, accuracy, and user satisfaction
• Optimize models for efficient inference, low latency, and scalable production deployment
• Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, and product teams to integrate NLP/LLM solutions into product pipelines
