Responsibilities

• Lead daily client meetings to gather data and build trust
• Set up and configure Uplinq and QuickBooks Online accounts to ensure seamless integration
• Compare signed proposals to actual needs and recommend scope or pricing changes
• Manage onboarding timelines, deliverables, and client expectations
• Troubleshoot issues and optimize configurations
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to transition accounts into ongoing support

Requirements

• 4+ years in a client-facing accounting or onboarding role
• Public or multi-client accounting background
• Proficient in QuickBooks Online setup and troubleshooting
• Strong background in both cash- and accrual-based accounting
