Senior Operations Automation Analyst

Responsibilities

• Develop internal solutions and MVPs such as forms, automations, simple dashboards, and functional prototypes
• Create data input, processing, and visualization flows
• Support the automation of manual processes using low-code/no-code tools or simple code
• Build basic login screens, forms, and monitoring panels
• Support requirement gathering with stakeholders to translate needs into practical solutions
• Test, document, and evolve solutions based on user feedback
• Support the maintenance and small improvements of existing solutions

Requirements

• Knowledge of programming logic
• Experience with PHP, Node, and JavaScript
• Experience with relational and non-relational databases
• Familiarity with forms, APIs, and integrations
• Ability to use observability tools to detect and proactively solve issues
• Knowledge of version control (Git is a plus)
• Ability to transform business problems into simple solutions
• Strong organization, responsibility, and communication skills for interacting with non-technical areas
• Comfort working with MVPs, prototypes, and incremental improvements
