Job description

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound cold calls to senior-level IT and operations contacts in the AEC and Energy sectors
  • Engage CTOs, CIOs, IT Directors, and VPs to secure discovery meetings
  • Book qualified meetings directly with the business owner
  • Reconfirm all booked meetings the day before scheduled appointments
  • Record call outcomes and insights in a shared tracking sheet
  • Provide weekly feedback on messaging effectiveness and market intelligence

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in B2B cold calling, outbound sales, or appointment setting
  • Proven experience engaging executive-level decision-makers
  • Strong phone presence with excellent conversational English skills
  • Ability to handle objections and gatekeepers professionally
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
  • Experience in IT consulting, AEC, or Energy industries is a strong advantage
