Senior PAM Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end CyberArk implementations, upgrades, and migrations across diverse client environments
• Design and deploy core CyberArk components including Vault, CPM, PVWA, PSM, PSMP, and PTA
• Conduct discovery workshops with client stakeholders to define PAM strategy and architecture
• Develop and execute onboarding plans for privileged accounts across Windows, Unix/Linux, databases, and cloud platforms
• Integrate CyberArk with SIEM, ITSM, IAM, and AD/LDAP via REST APIs
• Create platform configurations, custom connectors, and PSM plugins
• Produce client-ready documentation such as solution designs, runbooks, and architecture diagrams
• Manage project timelines, scope, and client communications across multiple engagements
• Troubleshoot complex production issues and provide escalation support
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to internal best-practice playbooks

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on CyberArk experience
• 2+ years in a professional services, consulting, or systems integrator environment
• Experience leading full-lifecycle CyberArk implementations for multiple clients
• Deep technical knowledge of CyberArk PAS suite
• Experience with platform onboarding for Windows, Unix/Linux, databases, and cloud IAM
• Strong scripting skills in PowerShell or Python
• Familiarity with REST APIs and CyberArk integrations
• Excellent client-facing communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

• CyberArk certifications (CDE, Sentry, Defender)
• Experience with CyberArk cloud offerings like Privilege Cloud
• Exposure to other IAM/PAM tools such as BeyondTrust, Delinea, or Okta
• Experience with DevOps/Secrets Manager use cases like CyberArk Conjur or AAM
• Background in regulated industries (finance, healthcare, government)
