Senior Partner Relations Liaison (CMS Healthcare Fraud Prevention)

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain regular, consistent contact with all HFPP Partners
• Ensure assigned Partners are aware of and utilizing HFPP membership benefits
• Capture Partner feedback and communicate it to TTP and HFPP leadership
• Engage Partners in conversations regarding HFPP analytics
• Assist in day-to-day onboarding activities and data sharing agreements
• Support HFPP and non-HFPP events

Requirements

• BA/BS in healthcare field, business administration, criminal justice, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in customer service and/or customer liaison
• 5+ years of experience in healthcare investigations
• Strong oral and written communication skills for management-level presentations
• Expert level knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
• Working knowledge of HIPAA privacy and security rules
