Senior People Business Partner

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing guidance, coaching, employee relations, and HR support for assigned client groups
• Act as a thought partner to managers and leaders to influence decision-making
• Mediate complex staff issues with compassion and maintain confidentiality
• Liaise with internal legal counsel to reduce legal risks and ensure compliance
• Diagnose and implement organizational design solutions to improve engagement and productivity
• Conduct talent reviews and support succession planning
• Collaborate with People Centers of Excellence to implement strategic initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field
• 5+ years of human resources experience
• 5+ years of experience in employee relations, HR, or labor relations in a global context
• Strong understanding of international labor laws
• Experience supporting fundraising, sales, marketing, or technology groups
• Experience working in a not-for-profit or public sector organization
• Experience working with diverse, multi-cultural, and international teams
• Proficiency with technology platforms and AI tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with HR tools such as Dayforce and Greenhouse
