Senior People Systems Analyst

About the Company

KoBold builds AI models for mineral exploration and deploys those models—alongside our novel sensors—to guide decisions on KoBold-owned-and-operated exploration programs. We are the largest independent mineral exploration company and the largest exploration technology developer.

Responsibilities

• Principal configurator of all Workday modules, reports, and business processes
• Architect HR data across all existing platforms
• Manage administration of review cycles within and outside of Workday
• Manage HR-related integrations in collaboration with IT
• Serve as the employee point of contact for HR systems questions
• Configure and maintain various security roles and permissions
• Partner with internal teams to build reporting and tools leveraging HR data
• Contribute to the entry and management of employee data

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in people systems or HRIS roles
• Advanced Workday proficiency
• Ability to work with data programmatically (e.g., Python, Tableau, Airtable, or Coda)
• Power-user of AI and automation for repetitive tasks
• Exceptional project management and communication skills
• Valid passport and willingness to travel to exploration sites (approx. 1 trip per year)
• Legal authorization to work in the United States or Canada
