Senior Performance Creative

Responsibilities

• Translate strategy into visuals by partnering with Creative Strategists to turn briefs into storyboards and finished assets
• Produce both static ad creative and short-form video/motion content for paid social
• Interpret brand guidance to produce creative that is unmistakably on-brand
• Navigate regulated-industry review cycles to minimize compliance and legal rejection risk
• Select and edit raw footage and imagery into polished, client-ready assets
• Maintain visual consistency across a high volume of ad variations and platform formats

Requirements

• 5+ years in a hands-on creative production role (Art Director, Senior Designer, or similar)
• Dedicated experience in performance marketing or paid social
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma
• Strong proficiency in After Effects for motion graphics and video editing
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere, Illustrator)
• Understanding of platform-specific specs for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest
• Experience working within regulated industries like healthcare, finance, or legal is a plus
