Senior Performance Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Execute daily setup, monitoring, and optimization of paid marketing campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, and other acquisition channels
• Implement campaign changes and budget adjustments based on instructions from the Performance Marketing Lead
• Assist in optimizing campaigns to improve CPA, CPL, CTR, and conversion rates
• Conduct basic A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and placements
• Prepare regular performance reports (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly)
• Track key funnel metrics including clicks, leads, registrations, and FTD
• Coordinate with design teams to ensure timely delivery of ad materials
• Ensure campaigns follow internal compliance and promotional guidelines

Requirements

• 3–4 years of experience in performance marketing or paid ads execution within the financial services industry
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and programmatic channels such as Taboola or Criteo
• Strong understanding of marketing funnels and performance metrics
• High attention to detail and operational discipline
• Familiarity with reporting tools like GA4, Google Search Console, or Salesforce
