Senior Platform Engineer

Responsibilities

• Own and improve the platform foundation across cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, IaC, secrets, networking, and CI/CD
• Build internal tooling for AI-enabled engineering workflows and automation
• Strengthen operational readiness through logging, metrics, tracing, alerting, and runbooks
• Harden production access with least-privilege IAM and secure secret management
• Set pragmatic platform standards to balance speed with reliability and security

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in platform engineering, DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure engineering
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, IaC, CI/CD, and observability
• Proven track record of owning production systems
• Experience building internal developer tooling or platform automation
• Security-minded approach to infrastructure and access control
• Strong written communication skills for documentation and incident follow-ups

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with agent harness design and sandboxing
• Experience managing production model inference across hosted providers or GPU platforms
