Job description

Responsibilities

  • Build full-funnel paid search and social strategies aligned with pipeline, CAC, and LTV targets
  • Size opportunities and forecast ROI for campaign initiatives
  • Create effective account structures and roadmaps for performance improvement
  • Launch, monitor, and A/B test campaigns across Google, Microsoft, and emerging platforms
  • Drive continuous improvement in CTR, CVR, ROAS, and impression share
  • Optimize budget allocation and implement new platform features
  • Use GA4 and Looker to identify performance trends and actionable insights
  • Translate complex data into compelling narratives for senior leadership
  • Partner with Creative on ad copy and visual concepts
  • Coach junior team members on PPC best practices

Requirements

  • 2-5+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads (Search, Shopping, P-Max) and Google Tag Manager
  • Proficiency with bid automation strategies, audience segmentation, and feed management
  • Proven track record of meeting CAC, ROAS, or revenue goals in B2B and B2C environments
  • Strong analytical expertise in Excel, Looker/Power BI, and performance analysis
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing paid social (LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok, Reddit)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Advertising
  • Technical capabilities with Google Ads Scripts, SQL, or Python
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM integration
  • Industry certifications (Google Ads, Analytics, Meta Blueprint)
