Senior Procurement Administrator

Responsibilities

• Manage the full procurement lifecycle from planning through closeout in accordance with company policies, FAR, and DFARS
• Collaborate with business, technical, and functional stakeholders to support growth and program performance
• Develop and maintain external relationships with vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Conduct market research, supplier qualification, source selection, and cost/price reasonableness evaluations
• Utilize purchasing and ERP systems to manage purchase orders and ensure compliance
• Maintain accurate procurement files in compliance with FAR, DFARS, and company requirements
• Apply AI-enabled tools to drive efficiency in Contracts and Supply Chain processes
• Recommend and implement process improvements to optimize procurement activities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree + 5 years of Federal procurement, purchasing, or contracting experience (or Master's degree + 3 years)
• Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance (US Citizenship required)
• Demonstrated experience in negotiations and supplier management
• Experience with FAR, DFARS, and agency-specific regulations
• Knowledge of ITAR/EAR export controls and counterfeit parts prevention practices
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a dynamic environment
