Senior Product Data Scientist

Responsibilities

• Identify growth opportunities for Product teams by analyzing patient behaviors
• Partner with Product and Operations to design experiments and define success metrics
• Implement robust statistical evaluation frameworks and ensure appropriate statistical power
• Lead analyses on patient growth, clinician utilization, and marketplace dynamics
• Translate adhoc analyses into repeatable frameworks and scalable reporting
• Collaborate with Data and Analytics Engineering to define data pipeline requirements
• Act as a thought partner to Operations, Clinical, and Finance leaders

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in data science or analytics
• Advanced proficiency in Python (pandas, scikit-learn, statsmodels) and SQL
• Experience with modern data warehouses like Snowflake, Redshift, or BigQuery
• Strong foundation in experimental design, causal inference, and statistical methods
• Exceptional communication skills for framing technical findings for stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with DBT
• Experience on a Product growth team
• Master's or PhD in a quantitative field
