Senior Product Designer

Responsibilities

• Design engagement loops, sharing moments, and habit-forming mechanics to drive organic growth
• Set the quality bar for the Community product, including micro-interactions and delight
• Create product experiences that feel natural, trustworthy, and alive for a diverse audience
• Operate with agility alongside engineering and product to ensure design intent survives to production

Requirements

• Experience designing engagement or retention features at a social, gaming, or high-growth consumer app
• Proven track record of owning the full design process end-to-end from discovery to shipping
• Ability to translate ambiguous briefs into sharp, opinionated product directions
• Experience working on small, cross-functional teams with high ownership
• Experience building or contributing to a scalable design system
